Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused
  • Item has not been installed
  • Item is in original condition
  • Original packaging is included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Damaged products caused by improper installation
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale products

Return Authorization

Before returning an item, customers must contact us to obtain return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.

Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
